We advise to choose carefully from our broad range of flower arrangements.
If you are not quite sure what you need or like – the best option is to call us, to make sure you are getting what you need.
Once you have placed the order and paid online we start creating your arrangement to be delivered to the following address or picked up from our studio.
If you have somehow made a mistake with your order and its not the arrangement you wanted, we can still replace it with the correct one, as long as it’s not on its way already.
If your order has been dispatched from our studio and the delivery driver its on the way to the stated delivery address, there will be no refund.
Events orders (weddings, christenings, bridal showers etc) deposit need to be left. Full payment need to be done before delivery day.
Its our responsibility to deliver the blooms fresh and vibrant. If the arrangement is damaged, we replace it free of charge or give a full refund if you do not wish to proceed further.

Pick up info
We also offer pick up option from our studio, conveniently located in Ascot Vale. You can order online or over phone and still have the option for pick up or delivery.
Select your pick up time and we make sure your flowers are ready for you.
