A. Yes, you can pick up you flowers from our home based studio, conveniently located in Ascot Vale. Specify time for pick up.

A. Lots of suburbs are free of charge. It does depend on the destination and will be shown on the checkout online. If you’re unsure please feel free to give us a call to discuss your specific needs.

A. If you place an order before 10am, we can deliver the same day. All other orders will be delivered the next day.

A. Once the flowers reach the recipient we will send you an email confirming the delivery

A.If no one is home we will contact you to discuss specifically or to arrange another delivery slot. (An additional fee may apply if we need to arrange for re-delivery)
